Villa Niso is a one-floor villa that consists of three airy bedrooms and is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, there is also a living room with a smart TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is well-organized with all the electrical appliances. The wonderful sense of transparency is provided by the extensive use of glass with large windows, which creates the illusion of a wide-open residence. The modern design in combination with the elements of minimalism creates the perfect home for you to relax and enjoy your stay!

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
