About this villa rental
Paradise Villa is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Located in Prines village, just a short drive away from Rethymno Old town and its long sandy beach, Paradise Villa has a total of 335 sq. m., and it can accommodate 14 guests in its 7 bedrooms and up to 16 guests if necessary.
Ground Floor
Entering through the main entrance, youll find five of the seven en-suite bedrooms, each with a Queen-size bed and access to a private balcony, as well as a storage room with a washing machine.
First Floor
The first floor features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a veranda, complete with a dining area for up to 16 guests, plus a guest WC.
Lower Floor
Downstairs, the lower floor offers two additional en-suite bedrooms with Queen-size beds, a small kitchen, a fully equipped gym, a home cinema for your entertainment, and an extra guest WC.
Outdoor area
Furthermore, the outdoor area of Paradise Villa offers several amenities, including:
- A private swimming pool. The pool terrace features a lawn covered area equipped with 16 sun beds and umbrellas, as well as a seating area an outdoor shower.
- A 4-seater hot tub is also available next to the pool.
- Fully equipped barbecue facilities with charcoal grill and an outdoor sink.
- Spacious terrace with some outdoor toys, where kids can play.
- Parking space for 4 cars.
- The villa is fenced and offers privacy to our guests.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

We were a group of 7 adults and 7 teenagers. We had 14 nights here and loved it. The property is effectively 2 semi detached houses, with access between the 2 via the top floor balcony and via the ground floor garden and pool area. There were plenty of sun beds, and the hot tub fitted 7 of us at a push. Hosts were attentive, and cleaning was punctual and thorough, every 3 days. Due to Covid they wanted us out of the house, so we were poolside once, and out on excursions at other times. We cooked on the bbq a few times, and they left us a large bag of coals which was thoughtful. You will need a car to go anywhere. Rethymnon is a long hike, along roads with only occasional foot paths. Not a pleasant walk. There are 3 great restaurants a 5 min walk away, and Yanis on the right hand side with a large outside courtyard eating area was fabulous. There is a large Lidl 10 min drive, on way to Rethymnon, which had everything we needed. A couple of minor issues...we found ourselves a little short of kitchen equipment - cutlery, knives for prepping food, glasses. Plastic pool cups would have been good, rather than taking glass poolside (we bought reusable coffee cups from Lidl). There are are 2 half size dishwashers, one in each kitchen, and full size ones would have been handy. And the pool cue was useless so we didn't play pool as much as we might have. But these are minor issues, and overall I would certainly recommend the villa. It's a good base between Iraklion to the East and Chania to the West. Rethymon old town is lovely with lots of restaurants and shops. The Venetian Harbour is beautiful. Thank you to the hosts for helping make it a memorable holiday.

Overall we are very satisfied with our stay, on-site everything corresponded to the pictures and description of the house on Vrbo, very helpful owner, cleaning twice during our two-week stay, and very good care from travel agency e-touri.

Nous étions 3 familles (6 adultes ,8 adolescents) . Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables.Maison très bien équipée et bien placé pour rayonner sur la zone de rethymno. Le village de Prines possède d'excellentes tavernes.

Car hire essential from airport, we had three Corsas for 2 weeks, easy drive on dual carriageway, directions were easy to follow. Aimilia the concierge met us upon arrival and conducted tour of Villa, she was always contactable with mobile number if needed and sent texts when we were to expect maids. Paradise is actually 2 villas semi detached but access to each is either on the ground floor or top floor, It worked fine and we moved the tables on the terraces together to eat. Villa extremely well equipped, maids cleaned, changed bed linen, towels every three days. 4 big bathrooms and 4 toilet washrooms. Pool, hut tub maintained. Family room/ kitchen on top floor leading to terrace which caught breeze was perfect for family meals. Air con made sleeping comfortable. In fact the villa was as described online. Robert at Etouri sent emails offering ideas/treats for outings and helped with general information. Plenty of places to visit, pick up leaflets or research on Google, beaches we visited were lovely and clean with amenities. Usually if you bought a drink sunbeds and brollys were free. ( Not in Rythmno) Rythmno is lively day and night, Knossos l found was well worth a trip, waterparks were wet:-) !!!!!!!! Younger members of family enjoyed. We all did our own thing hence 3 cars, it worked very well but we managed to eat together in the evenings. We made more wonderful memories as a family, everyone relaxed and had a really great holiday. For us it was Paradise!
