This newly renovated apartment in front-line beach complex offers sea views, excellent beach access and a south-west facing terrace maximising sun through the day. The property consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom. The apartment interior has been updated and furnished with the aim of creating a feeling of space and light. The sunny terrace offers the option of an open fire or barbeque for al fresco dining. The apartment is situated in a quiet location between the lively Puerto de la Duquesa marina and the picturesque fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa, both accessible within a few minutes’ walk.The marina offers boat hire, fishing trips a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. The Castillo, once a Roman fishing village, has a fortress from the 1700's and more traditional Spanish restaurants. There a multiple beach bars "Chiringuitos" offering traditional seafood, all within a few minutes’ walk along the beach promenade.Golfers, walkers and beachgoers will be spoilt for choice between the world class golf courses, walking trails around the nearby mountain villages and blue flag beaches.

This was our first time in Duquesa and we really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was perfect for us and really well placed for bars and restaurants nearby in the marina and along the beach. We look forward to visiting the area again soon.

A peaceful location with direct access to the beach. The complex has a traditional Spanish feel with beautiful flowers. Easy access to the more lively port, or the more traditional Castillas or Sabinillas.

The apartment was in good position close to beach and port
This apartment in our opinion was ideal for a few days but not good for a longer stay. We had to report to Costa Holidays that there was a terrible drain smell that filled apartment when doors and windows were closed this spoilt our stay.
