About this house rental
Precise apartment where you can enjoy the best climate in Europe. It is a beautiful open space that has a double bed and a sofa bed, the space can be divided by a sliding door to give a little more privacy, being able to accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The accommodation is very well equipped, it offers a kitchen equipped with all kinds of utensils, a bathroom with a living room bathtub, a space for a bedroom and a glazed balcony with views of the sea and the mountains and the center of Torrox costa. It is east facing so you can enjoy the morning sun and beautiful sunrises. It has air conditioning / heating.
The area is unbeatable, good beaches and restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, supermarkets and shops a few meters from the apartment. It is a magnificent place to spend a few days.

Positiv: die FeWo ist in Ordnung, schön gelegen im 7.OG mit toller Aussicht.
Negativ: die Wohnungsagentur und der Ansprechpartner ist nicht im Ort sondern etliche Kilometer weiter so, dass eine rasche Hilfestellung fraglich ist.
Die Korrespondenz und Gespräche nur in spanisch oder in englisch. Leider nicht in deutsch, was die Verständigung negativ beeinträchtigt. Schade.
