Edificio nuevo, equipado y con todas las comodidades ubicado a menos de 200 mts de la playa y a 6-7 minutos del malecón. 4 adultos pueden disfrutar de las 2 habitaciones con cama Queen Size y AC. Disfruta de un hermoso atardecer desde la terraza en el 3er piso. Para Máxima comodidad contamos con Cocina Integral para preparar deliciosas comidas, Sala Comedor, TV Smart, Wifi, Centro de lavado, Baño completo, Cochera cerrada y más.

nice place to stay for the money. good mattress. Kitchen had what was needed. Carol was there when we arrived to make sure we got into to the condo with the security codes. She made sure we had what we needed. She also provided us with beach chairs. Building was secure at the outskirts of a nicer neighborhood. Bus stop nearby so there is some morning noise, but not a big deal. You will not get your entry codes until the last few hours before you arrive. My guess is for security reasons. It is an easy 5 minute drive to The Malecon/ downtown. This town is much nicer to stay in than Cabo. Gorgeous beach ( Balandra) is a 30 minute drive.
