Istria is one of the most visited places in Croatia, so do not hesitate to visit and stay at our modern Villa Tiara with Pool in Premantura. It can accommodate up to 10 people and is a great choice for your holiday!
The property spreads on an estate of 800m2 and the house itself has 400m2. On it you will find a lovely outside area with the pool (10x4x1.35 M), the outside area with lounge chairs, an awning a dining area, and a BBQ.
With its 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, it is perfectly made for 10 people. 4 of the bedrooms have a king-sized bed and one has a double bed (that can be separated) all the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.
The pet-friendly villa Tiara offers lots of activities to its guests like: a tennis table, billiard, fitness room with equipment, spa room, sauna, an outdoor jacuzzi on the balcony upstairs. Furthermore, it also has free WLAN, Smart TV, surround sound system, and free parking.
Not far away you will find restaurants, shops, coffee bars (all 100 meters from the house), and the beach (750m away).
Do not hesitate ad book the lovely Villa Tiara! If you do not have enough space you can also book the sister Villa Siena that's right next to it, you will have more than enough room!
