Villa Pera is a charming four-bedroom villa located in a residential area of Armação de Pêra. Featuring a private swimming pool, spacious interiors, and a dedicated BBQ house, it provides a perfect setting for a relaxing escape. A variety of local bars, restaurants, and a minimarket are just a short walk away, while the picturesque sandy bays of Praia Grande and Armação de Pêra Beach are only a short drive away.
