We stayed here August 13-16. This unit is a short distance away from the train station which we walked pulling our suitcases and was no problem. The unit is on the 4th floor. There were 4 of us, 2 couples each with a 50 lb suitcase. So needless to say, this was an initial disappointment for our husbands that had to pull up the bags one step at a time. The apartment is close to everything and we took uber rides which are very prompt and inexpensive. The front bedroom and bathroom are spacier than the one in the back and were no issue. The bedroom / bathroom in the rear are smaller and lack space to put your things especially in the bathroom. The unit is nicely decorated and clean overall. We didn’t use the terrace. There is nothing to see and was too hot to go up there. For the light travelers this unit might be perfect but if you have large suitcases or too much stuff, I recommend looking for another unit with an elevator.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Florence apartment! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully updated, with all the modern touches you could want. The highlight was definitely the amazing terrace with breathtaking views of the city. The location couldn't be better: in a lovely, safe neighborhood just a short walk from major attractions, train station, restaurants, and shops. Our host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Highly recommend for a family visiting Florence!

This property was exactly as described, with a very helpful host. Both rooms were set and clean. We visited during summer and A/C worked very well. We appreciated the coffee at the start of our visit. Only cons are several steep flights of stairs and the deck, which is too hot in the summer and you're only looking at roof tops.

This property was the best property in our entire stay in Italy.The owner was beyond friendly, accomodating and easy to work with throughout the process.The property has an amazing rooftop terrace that gave us a total view of the city and architecture.This is a must stay location!
