Knoll Cottage is an elegantly furnished 18th century Cotswold cottage which sleeps four guests, in two beautifully appointed bedrooms, with two modern bathrooms. Laid out over four floors and boasting spacious living areas, including a stylish open plan kitchen/dining room which leads out into the tiered garden, with plenty of outdoor seating and a charcoal barbecue, a space to enjoy all year round. Indoors there is a cosy living room and many characterful features have been retained throughout the property including exposed Cotswold stone walls, original beams and a inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove.

This tranquil space is bordered by beautiful flowers and shrubbery and is home to two patio areas both with outdoor tables and seating, plus a charcoal barbecue. Three steps lead down to the lawn area with a garden shed which houses the freezer.

Wonderfully clean, quaint and well appointed cottage. Close to many must see Cotswold villages but set in a quiet, beautiful town with a pub across the street and lovely restaurant /grocery within walking distance.This is an old English cottage with low ceilings. It is multi-level with steep stairs, not suitable for little children and the elderly.

We really enjoyed our mini-break in Knoll Cottage. Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden. It is our 6th time staying in Blockley and would definitely recommend The Blockley Café.
With regard to the house; it would be really useful to have recycling facilities. We ended up taking all our recycling and compostables home with us. Also, some coat hooks on the front door would be helpful.
We are hoping to visit again in September.

Located in a quiet, stunning village. Away from the hectic popular spots, but has two local pubs and great walks

My friend and I came back to The Knoll in Blockley High Street for our fifth visit last week, and found it as desirable as ever. It is warm and comfortable and has all the equipment we need. Being an old, 4 storey building, the bedroom and bathroom on the top floor necessarily have low ceilings, but this is an occupational hazard in Cotswold cottages. There were a few little niggles this time, such as the concealment of the information folder, some expired light bulbs and the oven going on strike, but these were soon dealt with by the team. Thanks to more explicit written instructions - vital for non-techies - we even came to grips with the smart tv and the dvd player. Blockley is an excellent centre for days out, is close to Moreton station, and is well served by buses, which we were delighted to see were being used by more people than in the past. And there is now a bus service on Sundays! I can highly recommend Blockley, The Knoll and Stay Cotswold.
