This wonderful 1 bedroom apartment offers stunning sea views as it is situated right on the Benalmadena beachfront. Your day at the beach is only a 2 minute walk away! Should you want to avoid the sand, the apartment boasts a sunny terrace from which to take it all in while relaxing with a cool drink. It comes with loungers to soak up the sun, a BBQ and dining set for those al fresco evenings. There is also a communal pool and garden which provide a relaxing atmosphere to chill out in.
The apartment has one bedroom and also comes equipped with a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a modern family bathroom with a shower. If you would like to stay in to watch a film, the kitchen comes fully equipped along with a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is also air conditioning available for those hot Spanish nights.
Please note that this property is only accessible via several flights of stairs.
Should you want to go out the apartment is only a 5 minute walk from numerous beachfront bars and restaurants offering a range of different cuisines. The building is situated near bus stops should you wish to go out when you don't have a car. The bustling seaside town of Fuengirola is only a short trip away. The Torremuelle train station is a 10 minute walk away if you'd like to go further afield and connects you to the region's cultural centre Malaga city.
