About this house rental

Puffin Cottage Holidays is pleased to present 1 Park Place Court - a lovely townhouse style holiday cottage which is just a few minutes’ walk from Tenby town centre and beaches and boasts the most sought-after commodity in Tenby - off-road parking for one car.


Tenby itself is steeped in History with beautiful trails that take you through medieval walls and across beautiful sandy beaches (Tenby has 4!) to hilltop forts that take in the spectacular vistas. There is a fantastic choice of bars and restaurants and delightful shops, where you can find local produce ranging from Caldey Island chocolate to Tenby's very own award-winning gin!


Park Place Court is set out over 3 levels with the ground floor offering open-plan kitchen and living facilities, perfect for enjoying a holiday with family and friends. On the top two floors you will find the three comfortable bedrooms with master en-suite and the family bathroom.

Well-equipped with all that you will need for your self-catering holiday including dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer.

Sofa and dining seating for up to 6 people. Smart TV.


Downstairs W.C.


Toilet and washbasin.


Bedroom 1 and Ensuite


King size bed, Smart TV and ample storage. En-suite comprises bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet.

Twin beds - these are 'zip and link' and can be set up as a king size double bed on request.

Outside Space


Outside there an enclosed furnished terrace, designated parking for one small/medium car and limited parking on the street. Larger vehicles will need to seek alternative parking so as not to disrupt parking for the neighbours.

There is a sofa bed in the living area which can accommodate a further 2 guests on request.


The cottage further benefits from WiFi and central heating throughout.


One well-behaved dog is welcome. A second well-behaved dog is welcome at a charge of £25.00.


Please note that a £100.00 damage deposit is required when staying in this property.

Location good, parking arrangements could be improved. Kitchen equipment not great quality. House warm and showers good. Please provide bathmat, bath slippery for young child. No towel rail in downstairs toilet and some towels very thin. Enjoyed our stay, but for a relatively expensive property, we expected a little more. Instruction manual needs updating.

Clean but needs some TLC especially the exterior. The downstairs smelt badly of dog it was coming from the rug, one we removed this the smell wasn't as bad. Overall ok

Unfortunately I scratched my car getting into the forecourt, the left hand stone pillar makes entry quite tight, but I only did it once!! Also parking allocations are not clear. Minor issues really and we will be back.

Lovely property, great location and private parking space. Clean and well- prepared. Gas fire in Living room was very difficult (and on occasions impossible) to light. No instructions provided. Underfloor heating maintained acceptable temperature. Upper floor heating was excellent and plenty of hot water. Suggest some safety features added to bath - eg grab rails or non-slip tub surface.
