The Room Morgada de Romariz presents its guests with a concept of rural tourism of excellence, combining the highest standards of taste and comfort with a deep and refreshing interconnection with nature.

This room comes with a common area that is designed with open living and dining areas with large floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the stunning views that is shared with the other renters. Featuring a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, a fireplace, and a dining table big enough to accommodate two to four people.

Each room also comes with a kettle, a fridge, and ironing equipment, should you need it.

The room features a queen bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you need to freshen up, such as a hairdryer and a shower cap. Clean towels will also be provided for your convenience.

There’s also a terrace equipped with seating areas where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

Pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay at this property.

The room is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate and has an extra cost of €18+VAT per person per night. Breakfast must be ordered at reception upon check-in.
You will have, upon request at reception, access to the tennis and football court.

Guests have access to the living and dining room as well as to the surrounded area (16ha).

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on the phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

The Quinta has existed since the 18th century. Originally called Quinta do Barreiro, it came to be known by its current name in 1952, and its main activity is the production of vinho verde.

It is located in an agricultural area, in the village of Telhado, Vila Nova de Famalicão. This municipality, with around 140,000 inhabitants, is strategically located between the cities of Braga, Guimarães and Porto, which are considered World Heritage Sites.

With a vast agro-forestry area, the quinta consists of several granite buildings, typical of the Minho region, a forest area populated by chestnut trees, eucalyptus, maritime pines and Portuguese oaks, as well as prime land for producing Vinho Verde and planting blueberries.

Set in a privileged location in the north of the country, in 2015 the farm was transformed into a blueberry growing area. The crop was chosen because it is booming, even though its consumption has not yet taken root in Portuguese culture.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 34-minute drive from the property.

This property is with personal check-in, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Check-in will be done at the reception until 10 PM. However, we do allow check-ins until 24:00 upon request and subject to approval. The check-out time is until 12:00 PM. Requests outside of these hours are kindly encouraged.
