Varykino offers spacious and flexible accommodation over three floors, and has breathtaking rural views from all of the south facing windows. The property is entered via the middle floor where there is a comfortable sitting room with large picture window to enjoy the views. There are two bedrooms on the middle floor, a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room, and a separate cloakroom. A small games room with table top games, a desk and bookshelves is located on the middle floor also. Stairs take you down to the large bright kitchen, separate utility room, and dining room with french doors out to the garden. From the games room there are stairs up to the master suite with its large en-suite bathroom and more splendid views.

The village of West Lulworth offers a variety of amenities, including a village store (seasonal), pubs, restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. Ideally situated for trips to the nearby towns of Weymouth, Dorchester, and Wareham, the delights of Wareham Forest, Corfe Castle, Purbeck, and Kimmeridge Bay are also all within easy reach. Guests can enjoy learning about this fascinating UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic coastal area from the Lulworth Cove Visitor Centre. There are numerous opportunities for enjoying country and coastal walks with breath-taking scenery from this ever popular village.
