2 bedroom townhouse sleeps 6. This is a two bedroom, one bathroom plus downstairs toilet is truly your home away from home. Equipped with everything you will need to make your hoilday comfortable and enjoyable. It has ceiling fans and air con in both bedrooms and the lounge.
Upon entering the front door you will find the kitchen on your left equipped with everything you will need. Desending two stairs you will enter the spacious lounge and dinning area with patio doors leading onto a private terrace which looks onto the communal pool which is only a few steps away and is set in a lovely well kept gardens. Communal sun loungers are available by the pool. All windows in the townhouse are fitted with shutters which helps to keep the home cooler in hot weather. All windows also have fly screens fitted. On the terrace you will find a large table and four chairs. Going up the black marble staircase the master bedroom with queen size bed is on your right. This bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the pool and has views to the nearby mountains. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Between the bedrooms there is a family bathroom with full size bath and shower over the bath.
This property is approximately a 30 minute drive from the paphos airport and is situated 1 mile from the centre of the hillside village of peyia with its shops,bars and restaurants. It is also only 2 miles from Coral Bay with its outstanding sandy beaches and extensive entertainment area with numerous bars,shops and restaurants.
The location of this hoilday home offers a quiet relaxing holiday with the amenities of peyia offering a more traditional glimpse of life in Cyprus. However, with Coral bay providing a more lively hoilday feel with lots of entertainment and popular beaches only a five minute drive away you have the best of both worlds.
