This apartment is large and clean. There is 24 hour security. As you can see from the photos, the rooftop pool is fabulous. I enjoy staying downtown because it is close to locally owned restraunts and convenient for shopping. We walked to a different restaurant each evening. The grocery store is less than a block away. It is easy to take the bus to the hotel zone and a public beach.

Really great place if you’re looking for more of an urban, real world Cancun experience versus a beachfront one, which I was. This is an absolutely awesome condo, well equipped, very very large, and of upscale quality. It’s two large bedrooms each come with its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and there’s an additional 1.5 bathrooms as well, including a separate laundry room. Our party of four had more than enough space! It’s only about a 10 minute walk to the main Cancun downtown strip, just a five minute walk to a Walmart, as well as many bars & restaurants too. Great balcony with an excellent, treed urban view, and two of the three very large glass living room panels open completely to allow in lots of light and fresh air. Directly above this fourth floor condo is a beautiful infinity-type rooftop pool, with lots of comfortable seating options. Also, we parked our rental car quite easily in the underground garage. And, finally, as is important to most travelers, we never once felt uncomfortable either in, nor around, our location. If I return to Cancun, I would definitely stay here again, and I state that with zero hesitation :)
