Vilagarcía de Arousa is the ideal place for sightseeing and serving as a “base of operations” for an unforgettable vacation in the O Salnes - Rías Baixas region.
Its proximity to various tourist, historical, and recreational attractions, along with a range of accommodations suitable for all budgets and visitors, makes Vilagarcía the perfect choice for exploring this beautiful part of Galicia—whether you choose to visit the various tourist attractions based on your interests or simply stay in Vilagarcía.
Santiago de Compostela, the final destination for pilgrims and tourists from around the world, is just 45 km away; the historic and monumental city of Pontevedra, capital of the province of the same name, is 25 km away, as are the beautiful beaches of Sanxenxo—known as the “Marbella of the North”—and the picturesque town of Cambados, just over 10 km away.

THE ACCOMMODATION
A ground-floor apartment located right on the beachfront in Compostela (which has once again been awarded the Blue Flag) with views of the beach and the mountains, as it faces north and east. Completely renovated and brand new.
3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with a 1.5-meter bed. One bedroom with a 1.35-meter bed and another with a trundle bed (two 90-centimeter beds).
It features a large living-dining room with direct access to a separate kitchen; the living room has an 80-cm fold-out bed built into the wall.
It also has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The building has two elevators and an outdoor shower near the building’s entrance.
THE SURROUNDINGS
A century-old park next to the building with a large grove of trees and a playground for children.
The beach stretches for 2 kilometers and features a long promenade leading to the town of Carril, a famous coastal village with a harbor from which you can see the island of Cortegada—part of the famous “Paraíso das Illas Atlánticas”—less than 500 meters away.
Right on the beachfront, you’ll find restaurants with ocean views where you can sample our local cuisine.
The city of Vilagarcía de Arousa is located 1 km away.
