About this villa rental
Villa in a very quiet area—a magical place with beautiful ocean views for your vacation. You’ll enjoy an idyllic setting where you can relax; thanks to its proximity to the coast and its location on the southeastern slope of the island, you’ll experience a mild climate year-round.
Newly built home constructed with top-quality materials.
The space
Detached single-family home with a floor area of 227 m², divided into two floors connected by a staircase.
The first floor is designated for living space and consists of an entryway, a connecting hallway, a master bedroom with a full bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, two spacious bedrooms, a second full bathroom, a living-dining room with a porch leading outside, and a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to a laundry room.
Although the semi-basement level is primarily intended for a garage and utility room, it also features a full bathroom and a covered patio from which a staircase provides access to the home’s outdoor areas on the first floor.
The outdoor areas include a sun deck and pool, a recreation area, a barbecue area, and a vegetable garden with fruit trees.
The owner has taken care of every detail to make you feel right at home. The accommodation offers all the amenities you’ll need to enjoy an unforgettable stay: a private pool and sun deck, outdoor seating areas, and a barbecue on the pool deck.
