The apartment is located halfway between Procchio and Marina di Campo, both sandy beaches are about 4 km away. The location is very quiet and central to the island. This allows easy and short movements in all directions, it is an ideal starting point to visit the island and its beaches. The road is a country road to one lane almost completely paved. In the center of Marina di Campo you can find all the main services such as restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets etc. etc.

Composed of living room with kitchenette equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, double bedroom with bathroom which can also be accessed from the living room (double door), double bedroom with en suite bathroom. From all the rooms through the French windows you can access the large panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Marina di Campo equipped with table and chairs, sofas. The apartment has digital terrestrial TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, washing machine. On the lower floor with respect to the exclusive garden terrace, the property includes a private swimming pool (6mtx4mt) available from 1st June to 30th September, barbecue, parking space. Animals are not allowed. Linen not included.

Although general appearance interesting and individually furnished - some items cheap: no reasonable place for breakfast/dinner inside, only one rather old sofa as seating possibility
