About this apartment rental
The elegant apartment Dora Trevi is located in a recently renovated building of 18th century, a few meters from the Trevi Fountain. Two bed rooms, one bathroom with a large shower, a big hall and a large living room with the kitchenette and a dinner corner TV, DVD, Washing machine, Wifi, air conditioned central and autonomy, dish washing machine, over, big fridge, lift, ventilators. NO A/C in the living room.
The apartment is situated in the heart of the city center, but the quiet that you will find just crossing the door of the ancient building is the first amenity that you will discover.
Once ,the apartment, was a part of the former convent of the Moronites which was abandoned at the end of the Papal State, now this bright 90sqm apartment is situated on the 4th floor (with elevator) is finely appointed throughout with antique family pieces, beautiful carpets and pictures.
The apartment is very quiet and offers a marvellous view into the inner courtyard. Through the hall you reach the living room with comfortable sofas, next to it there is a functional kitchenette and a perfect dining corner.
Furthermore, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds that could be converted to a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a very comfortable shower.
The apartment s amenities include: a washing machine, dish washer, central AC (warm and cold) in the living room and in the bedroom, tv, dvd player and internet wi fi.There is a new autonomy air conditioned machine in the second bed room
RULES:
1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome will compulsorily introduce the tourist tax of 6 per person per night (excluding children under 10 years old)
2) Late check in after 8PM = 25
3) Evening check in after 11PM = 50
4) Failure to respect the agreed check in time = 30
5) Failure to notify in case of delay = 30
We receive our guests personally and explane everything in the apartment and we give information about the area We give also a list of restaurants in the area

The apartment is only 200 metres from Trevi Fountain, 5 minutes walking distance from Spagna Step, from the Metro Station, the taxi and bus stop, 10 minutes walking distance form the Pantheon, 15 minutes walking distance from the Navona Square and Campo dei Fiori Square

Great location, close to attractions and good restaurants, and very easy to check in and out. Apartment was as expected, strong air conditioning in the bedrooms, and more amenities than I'd expect from a hotel room.

This is a really nice apartment in an unbeatable location. It is spacious and clean and there are multiple restaurants within 100 metres of the front door, yet it is set back from the street so you couldn't hear the street noise once inside. It is impossible to fault the apartment in any way.
Unfortunately, however while we were staying there were significant building works being carried out on an adjoining building. There is a common wall shared between the bedrooms and the building where the works are being carried out. The work started at 7am and it was impossible to sleep or relax once it started because of the noise (banging and drilling). We ended up leaving the apartment 2 days early because of this.
I was very disappointed that I received no response from the owner when I contacted them to advise that we had to leave early because of the noise. I wasn't expecting a refund but it would have been nice to receive a response at least acknowledging the inconvenience.
The building next door is covered in scaffolding so the work may be ongoing for some time so it might be worth checking before you book.
Without the inconvenience and noise of the building works this would be the best apartment we have stayed in.

My family of 4 stayed here in early July 2013. This apartment is perfect in many ways. LOCATION! Steps away from the Trevi fountain, which makes a great base point for your daily adventures. The apartment is very well equipped and roomy. We felt very secure here as well. The street and neighborhood can be very busy, but after getting behind our GREEN door, it all disappeared. We would definitely stay here again.
