If you are looking for the ultimate getaway with something for everyone then this is it!

The perfect place for a special getaway with friends for a birthday/hen/stag party or a large family get together.
A two night minimum stay over a weekend. Sundays can be booked for a one night stay.
Located right between Manchester and Leeds and just 10 minutes from the motorway.
The space
A huge lounge with stunning views!
An oversized kitchen with seating for 30!
Karaoke room with options to play your own personalised DVD on the system.
Starlight lounge room.
Your own disco room with bar and dance pole!
Snooker room.
Games room.
Indoor spa with a large state of the art hot tub and a high tech. infrared sauna!
Sleeping up to 31 guests in 9 bedrooms. There is also a car park that you will have access to for up to 50 cars.
After a 7 month complete refurbishment the home is now complete!
Everything is sparkling new!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property apart from the boiler plant room and the utility room. Guests can use the utility room if it is made clear that it will be needed before the stay.
Other things to note:
After 15 guests there is a fee on a per person basis of £150 per guest for each guest after.
If there are more than 25 guests this fee is reduced to £100 per guest.
The extra guests fee is non refundable.
If guests are brought in without consent given then the fee is raised by £100 per guest applicable for each guest that was not on the booking request.
Please take this as a formal advisory notice before any booking has been made. Cctv is active around the exterior of the property and the car park for vehicle registration. If bookings have been deceitful by bringing extra numbers of guests in or malicious damage has been caused to the property we will refer to the cctv.

This was the perfect venue for our large group of all ages to meet and celebrate three 50th birthdays.
Stunning views and plenty of space for us all to sit and chat, eat and party together.
Lots of memories made xx
