Casa dos Sonhos is situated near Pera/Alcanterilha and boasts a generously-sized, well-maintained garden, a private pool, and a billiard table. From the first-floor terrace, you can enjoy a sea view.
As soon as you arrive at Casa dos Sonhos you will feel the stress melt away. The location is incredibly relaxing, and you will have complete privacy here. The delightful atmosphere created by the well-maintained garden and swimming pool will immediately put you at ease.
The villa can accommodate up to 8+2 people across its four bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a hall, a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as a laundry room featuring a washing machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a living room with a TV and comfortable seating area, and a dining area with seating for 8-10 people, along with a billiard table. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds (90 x 200), and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (90 x 200), with both sharing a spacious bathroom.
Upstairs, you'll find bedroom 3, the master bedroom, complete with a double bed (180 x 200), an en-suite bathroom, and access to the roof terrace. Bedroom 4 also has a double bed (180 x 200), an en-suite bathroom, and access to the roof terrace.
Outside, there is a large garden, a private pool with Roman steps measuring 10 x 4 meters, with a depth of 0.8 to 2 meters, and an outdoor table with 10 chairs for alfresco dining and sitting. You'll find 8 sun loungers, umbrellas, and a fixed barbecue as well.
Facilities at the villa include a billiard table, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, and fiber optic Wi-Fi internet. Pets are allowed with prior agreement.
Distances to nearby amenities include a supermarket at 4 km, Pera and Alcanterilha both at 5 km, Armacao de Pera at 5 km, Guia at 6 km, and a shopping center in Guia/Albufeira at 7 km.
