Cosy 1-bedroom apartment in the well-known Skol Building, located on the beachfront in the heart of Marbella, close to all the services the city has to offer, so a car is not necessary.
The holiday home is on the ground floor (no elevator required), and comprises: open-plan kitchen, fully-furnished and equipped with everything you need to cook, such as a dishwasher, pots, pans, etc.; living/dining room with 4-person dining area, flat-screen TV, and access to the wonderful furnished terrace with great views of the sea and community pools; bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe to store your belongings; and full bathroom with shower.
The Skol cares for the environment, sourcing its energy partially from solar panels.
The complex has communal gardens, three swimming pools open all year round, a cafeteria, and a gate leading to the beach promenade.
