The Villa, with its contemporary style, is located in the private and protected domain of the Levant à Petit Cul de Sac, it offers superb views of the lagoon and the surrounding hills.
The entrance to the Villa is through a small corridor that leads to the main living space of this Villa . The large main room with a high ceiling includes a living room on one side and a dining room and a modern open kitchen overlooking the terrace and the ocean. The living room is furnished with modern white sofas and has a flat screen TV with Dish Network and Apple TV. The interior dining room can accommodate up to eight people. The entire main room opens onto a covered terrace with a dining room and an outdoor living room, then the swimming pool outside.
Each air-conditioned room has a king size bed, an adjoining bathroom with shower, a safe, a television with Dish Network. Two bedrooms are located on either side of the living room. The third and fourth bedrooms are accessible from the terrace.
A large terrace extends along the entire length of this Villa , offering sufficient shade and seating. A few steps lead down to the sunbathing area surrounding the large solar heated swimming pool with stairs and alarm. It is located in front of the Villa and faces the lagoon.
