About this villa rental
Disconnect completely in this modern villa sat in a brilliant cliff-top position in beautiful Cala Morell. Enjoy spectacular views over the local beach and sparkling Med and watch the amazing sunsets from the terrace right in front of the villa. The outdoor areas of this property are the main highlight; the fantastic pool area, terrace, and summer dining room all overlooking the sea offer a unique venue to enjoy spectacular Menorca. There is even a private path leading directly to the beach and a special corner to contemplate the spectacle in peace and quiet.
The house has been recently renovated. It consists of two floors with extraordinary views of the sea and a rooftop terrace with even more spectacular views. It has 4 double bedrooms (all en-suite), four full bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living-dining room, a spacious modern and fully equipped kitchen, three en-suite bedrooms, and a guest toilet.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
All the rooms have air conditioning. To the rear of the property, which is also the main entrance, there is space for off-road parking for various cars.

A beautiful villa and well maintained. Very prompt communication and resolved any issues that arose quickly. My only recommendation would be to add aircon in the main living space.
