About this house rental
We have renovated our "pairal" house: La Bomba, a farmhouse built in 1903 with 500 meters of Mediterranean-style interior space located in the municipality of Masnou, in the Maresme region.
It offers accommodations for 27 people, ideal for group getaways, family gatherings, or get-togethers with friends...
about 15 kilometers from downtown Barcelona and just a few meters from the beach (150 m)
The farmhouse features 8 large bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a full kitchen with a pantry, a game room, Wi-Fi throughout the house, a barbecue area, a garden, and parking.
At La Bomba, you’ll find a quiet, comfortable, and cozy place where you can unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it’s still close to downtown El Masnou, public transportation, supermarkets, and other amenities.
We also have a vegetable garden where you can buy freshly picked vegetables!

RULES AT LA BOMBA
Smoking is not permitted inside the house
Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay
Parties and/or parties at inappropriate times
Although cleaning is included in the price, you must leave the house in a minimally hygienic condition; otherwise, 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit
At the end of your stay, you must leave everything tidied up (chairs, lounge chairs, towels in the baskets, etc.)
It is prohibited to enter the vegetable gardens and/or pick any vegetables
It is prohibited to swim in the pond (water is for irrigation only)
Eating in the bedrooms is prohibited

Wonderful week at Masia La Bomba! Very spacious with an awesome old-world charm that I loved. Lots of birds always singing for us on the patio. Had everything we needed for a home base to explore Catalina and Barcelona. Nice little 5 minute walk to the bus stop or 20 minutes walk to the train station (1.7 km). Great walk along the beach to the train stops. Highly recommend LA Bamba! nice clean hot showers.

Absolutely huge, we had a group of 11 and everyone had their own bed. We came for a friendship meet up abroad and it was perfect. Host was lovely, check in and check out was easy.

Very pleasant stay, very friendly host.
20 minutes on foot from Ocata station (recommended way) to the house or 20 minutes from Premia de Mar (not recommended). Shopping and beach are near.
House is very well equipped.
