About this chalet rental
The property consists of a fully fenced lot of approximately 500 m², featuring a 100 m² house equipped down to the smallest detail with three bedrooms—two double rooms and one with a king-size bed—two full bathrooms, a living-dining room, and a very spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The property also features a 50-square-meter garden and terraces totaling about 70 square meters.
A private pool, barbecue, sun deck, and private parking for up to three cars ensure your complete comfort; combined with total privacy, these amenities will make your stay an unforgettable vacation.

It is a mere 5-minute drive (1.6 km) from El Playazo Beach, which is awarded the Blue Flag every year, and 5 kilometers from the famous Nerja Caves and the village of Maro, with its pristine beaches and spectacular cliffs.
The airport is 55 kilometers away, and the nearest golf courses are about 15 kilometers away.

A tennis and padel club is located 3.5 kilometers from the villa, where courts can be reserved. Funktionellt hus med underbar utsikt åt både berg och hav. Flera fina terrasser. Fin kontakt med värd. Vill dit igen!!

La casa gode di una vista fantastica in zona tranquilla,la strada per raggiungerla è molto stretta e tortuosa.Alcuni ambienti della casa non sono utilizzabili dagli ospiti, la grande taverna ed altre stanze, questo limita parzialmente il soggiorno.
La piscina è ben manutenzionata e pulita .Il letto matrimoniale è molto piccolo e corto, i materassi delle altre camere sono di pessima qualità.
Gli accessori della cucina non erano ben puliti e le pentole erano inutilizzabili perchè incrostate.
La casa ha molte potenzialità ,ci vorrebbe solo un po' più di cura.
