This impressive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa has a spacious terrace and lawned garden, as well as views over the neighbouring countryside towards the sea. Villa Tama is only a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Binibeca Vell and just 5 minutes' drive from the sandy Binibeca beach. The neighbouring resort of Punta Prima is also within a short drive. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included to get the most out of your stay.
Located in Binisafuller, Binibeca, Villa Tama is a mere 10 minute stroll away from a good choice of shops and restaurants at nearby Binibeca Vell. Close to the beautiful South coast of the island, the picturesque sandy cove beach of Binisafuller is also within walking easy distance or only 5 minutes away by car. Villa Tama is surrounded by a large lawned garden and is in a slightly elevated position affording partial sea views from the terrace.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
