Great little appartement

A veranda with a coffee table, washing clothes line, spacious, fridge and kitchenette with cutlery. Quiet, safe, super nice owner.

Not clean and super uncomfortable

The AC was really good and also the amount of kitchen stuff was good. Sad that the "kitchen" are only two really bad hat plates

Our check in was really strange, cause the host did not speak German and was not able to speak even a word in English. Then the room was not clean at all. The box for vegetables/beer in our fridge was full with water, bath was not clean, floor was not freshly cleaned .... The mattresses in our bed were extremely uncomfortable. Everyone of our group woke up at night several times, because it was so uncomfortable. All in all, it was a really bad experience here

-Room with this rate 115 euro, should already have hair dryer but here hasn't -Host can't speak english much.

Disappointing

Basic apartment, minimal furnishings and equipment. Good size with small outside terrace. 20 minute walk to Cuvi Beach (not so clean), 30 minute walk to centre of old town. Wifi kept dropping out and not usable at all in the bedroom. Host doesn't speak Italian or English.

The stay started off badly. Arrived at after dark and had difficulty finding the street number and in the narrow street had to turn around in a neighbour's driveway (never left car and only there for 2 - 3 minutes). This made out host very angry and resulted in an unpleasant argument. If I hadn't paid in advance, I would have left.

Ottimo soggiorno

Appartamento pulito, bagno completo e funzionante. Cucina completa di tutti gli utensili di base. Posizione molto comoda, a pochi minuti da supermercati e circa 20-30min a piedi dalla spiaggia o dal centro. Parcheggio interno alla struttura quindi molto comodo per chi arriva in auto.

Il letto non era comodissimo. Il proprietario gentilissimo ma purtroppo parla solo Croato quindi si fa fatica a comunicare. Nonostante ciò al nostro arrivo ha cercato di spiegarci un po’ di cose sull’appartamento e ci ha dato le indicazioni per raggiungere i principali luoghi d’interesse sia a piedi che in auto. Chiaramente si fa fatica a comprenderlo ma si apprezza l’impegno.

Apartamento perfecto cerca del centro de Rovinj

La habitación está muy cerca del centro caminando, a unos 20 minutos. El personal es muy amable, tiene parking privado abierto gratuito. Tiene una pequeña terraza con mesas para poder desayunar. Cuenta con nevera. Además, está cerca de un Lidl y de un lugar perfecto para cenar: pizzería Darío.

Quizá el precio era algo elevado, pero como todos en la zona.

Purtroppo mi sono trovato male come ho accennato prima, nonostante abbia pagato tanto per una settimana mi aspettavo un

L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuto che era vicino al centro a pochi minuti.

Non mi è piaciuto: mancava la carta igienica, non mi hanno cambiato gli asciugamani. Usavo gli stessi. Mancava nel bagno un phone per asciugare i capelli e alcuni utensili per la cucina.
