One-bedroom apartment located inside a residential complex with pool in Manerba del Garda.The apartment welcomes guests with an air-conditioned living room with a lake view, equipped with a modern sofa that can be converted into a comfortable queen-size bed, a dining table with chairs, and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee maker, mocha, and toaster. The living room overlooks the beautiful covered patio and garden equipped with dining table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake. The apartment continues with the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.Guests have access to a private parking space inside the Residence and free Wi-Fi connection.The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September and it is accessible from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm. A swimming cap could be required.*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.The apartment is about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 40 minutes from the airport.
