Protaras Holiday Villa Athamas Blue is located just a 2 minutes' walk from Malama Beach and about 1km famous Firemen's Beach. Both are Blue Flag destinations, small tranquil beaches with white sand and crystal-clear blue waters.
The villa offers a large 4x8m private swimming pool, spacious garden with small children area, BBQ and luxurious garden furniture.
The ground floor features a very spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, fireplace, dining area, guest WC and Shower. The first floor offers a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double room and a twin room as well as a family bathroom with a shower enclosure.
The whole villa is fully air-conditioned and offers high-speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels and much more.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Protaras Centre only 5km away offers many beautiful beaches including the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water sports on offer such as pedalos, scuba diving, canoeing, para-sailing, SUP and much more. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months.

Just returned from staying at this villa and it’s the second time we have stayed. We have been visiting the area and stayed in a few villas over the last 12 yr and love it here. Very close to beach and great places to eat out or just take a stroll. Our kids (13,15,16) had a blast too. Although not much had opened re jet skis and water park, it was enough for them to go to the beach, snorkel and jump of the cliff edge! Gulp! The villa was brilliant for bbqs, the swimming pool was fabulous and the whole villa was very well equipped. In the words or Arny, we’ll be back!!

Very rich equipment, the villa is cozy and you can feel really at home in it.
During a strong wind there were problems with the internet, which made it impossible to watch TV - the picture hung. But that's a minor thing.
