We had a great time using this apartment for our visit to the Amalfi coast. We chose to rent a car so we had to find street parking which was not that hard but the location of the apartment requires a substantial walk up and down some stairs. The difficulty is increased by the amount of luggage you have to transport and your level of fitness. It was definitely an experience to live a few days in the small town of Raito. The views were stunning and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time staying here for a weekend while travelling through Italy. It was very modern and clean. It was quiet and we weren’t disturbed by noise. It’s location was quite a challenge without a car as the busses/taxis weren’t regularly available but despite this the host provided lots of helpful information and had great communication. It was a stunning (albeit steep) walk down into Vietri sul Mare which was a lovely area with a great beach and was ideal to get the ferry to Amalfi. It had a real authentic Italian feel and was not full of tourists which is refreshing. Would highly recommend this apartment to a couple with a car.

We hebben genoten van het verblijf in Raito. De host is zeer gastvrij, goed bereikbaar en meedenkend. Bij aankomst wachtte ons zelfs een fles bubbels en alle ingrediënten om een pasta te maken! Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. De badkamer is klein maar er zit wel alles in. Locatie is minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn want kunt laatste stuk alleen met een trap bereiken. En parkeren is wel een uitdaging langs de straten. (=überhaupt in Amalfi omgeving) Dus kom vooral met een kleine auto. Kortom een prima uitvalsbasis om de Amalfikust te verkennen en te genieten van alle schoonheid.
