About this campground/ rv resort rental

Ty Mawr caravan is situated in it's own private location on the west coast of rural Anglesey overlooking the country side and Holyhead mountain.
Our 4 berth static caravan is located on a working farm with beautiful views of the countryside. Ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
It is a 2 bedroom very spacious caravan with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
Conveniently located 2 minute drive from the A55 express way, 10 miles from Holyhead, 4 miles from Rhosneigr and Trac Môn. Perfect location for those wanting to explore the Angelsey coastal path or even the Eryri National park only 30 minute drive away.

Quietly appointed but there’s a need to pass in and out through 2 farm gates. It is a bit dated but otherwise an adequate base to explore the isle with the A55 not too far away.

Upon arrival at the caravan the first thing you see is the beautiful scenery that surrounds it. The caravan is clean, spacious, and the little extras (washing up liquid, toilet roll, Welsh cakes etc) made it even better.Ceri was really fast to answer any questions, and made everything really easy.Lovely time away, beautiful location, fab caravan.Thanks Ceri xx

We had a lovely stay with our 6 year old grandson, he loved seeing the sheep and ponies. The caravan was perfect for our needs, close to beautiful beaches and Trac Mon race circuit where our youngest son was racing over the weekend. Such a lovely peaceful place to stay with great sunset view. We'd love to visit again

What an amazing caravan , it’s so lovely we had to return . Everything you could need and spotlessly clean . Most of all in such a beautiful spot in a field by yourselves with just the sheep and big horse little horse

We booked the caravan at short notice. Ceri was easy to contact and responsive to queries. Caravan is dated but we knew that from pictures. It had everything we needed though to enjoy a 3 night stay. Including a wifi connected tv so my youngest could watch Netflix. Kids were happy with Modlan & Conker the horses and it was peaceful place to stay. Local to everywhere we wanted to see. Now the only issue we had was out of anybodies control, the single beds were short for our oldest as he’s 6ft 2. He struggled with doorways and bumped his head frequently. But as I said nothing could be done about that! Just be aware you may need to duckAlso the eggs and welsh cakes were a lovely touch.

We wanted something quiet, relaxed, and yet close to a town with a beach, and this place has it all. Stunning location, perfect accommodation for our family, just 5 mins from a fabulous beach. Also only 25 mins from the South Stacks Lighthouse which is well worth a visit. The Caravan was very clean and had everything needed. One morning the toaster tripped the electrics (just needed the switch put on again so took literally 2 mins to do) Told the owner and later that day a new toaster arrived on the doorstep. Our daughter loved having Horses close nearby. Would definitely stay here again

We had a lovely week staying here. Being on a farm was a new experience for us we liked it. The horse and pony just outside the caravan, are lovely. Being able to be so close to them, and feeding them was great. I suggest if you stay here, bring plenty of carrots and apples. The caravan was larger than we expected and well equipped. The host ceri is nice she left us some eggs and Welsh cakes, which was kind of her. Where the caravan is situated, it is close by to many places to visit. Unfortunately the weather was not too good, but we made the best of it. We hope to visit again in the future and would recommend it if your looking for somewhere to stay, that’s very peaceful.

Great setting, helpful hosts... very peaceful. Any issues dealt with quickly. I forgot about window condensation in mobile homes but thats how they are. Overall we had a lovely holiday.

This was our first time visiting wales me my husband and teenage daughter and her friend. The caravan was very easy to find and travelling from England the directions took us directly to the property. The caravan was very clean and much more spacious than I expected with being only 2 bedrooms. Ceri was there to greet us and was so lovely and was there close by if any issues were to arise.. The horses and ponies and sheep were right outside the caravan and it was so so lovely waking up to them there and my daughter was in her element especially with the horse and ponies and on our first shopping visit only requested a bag of carrots to feed her new friends lol. There are some lovely places to visit only a short drive away and I would highly reccomend for a very relaxing peaceful getaway in a lovely clean home from home. Thankyou so much ceri

Would highly recommend this static caravan. Was very clean, felt very private and absolutely incredible views. We sat and watched the sun set over Holyhead mountain and it was beautiful. The owners were absolutely brilliant. So friendly and left a lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. You can tell they put their heart and soul into it and care about you having the best time. We will definitely going back 100% and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to plan a get away in the peace and quite of the beautiful welsh country side. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Like a year or 4! Thanks for a lovely stay. We really appreciate it.

Looking for a reasonably priced break to take our grandchildren away I came across this static caravan. Ideally situated on a small site away from the tourers. We found the farm with no problem. We felt very lucky to be in a lovely place and ideally situated for daytrips out and nipping to the beach to watch the sunsets. The caravan was clean, well stocked with plenty of room inside and outside. Very safe for the children to play out and a nice sitting area to watch the horses in the next field. Wd had a great time.
