It is a multi-level apartment (bedroom downstairs, bathroom in the middle, kitchen and living area upstairs) as they are quite common in this part of the city, very nicely renovated and furnished with a consistent style. I.e. it is just not a collection of furniture, which you sometimes unfortunately find. A beautiful place.
Special mention deserves the spacious bathroom and kitchen with all the necessary equipment (technology and utensils).
Communication with the landlady was uncomplicated and friendly. We have enjoyed our short time very much and thus come to our verdict.
