About this apartment rental
Unique and stylish 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat with terrace located just minutes away from Highbury and Islington tube and rail station giving it great connection with London's main attractions. Flat is beautifully designed with a lot of personal touches, separated over two floors with extra office space and all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Local shops, cafes and small restaurants are just by the corner.

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy in-place between 9PM to 7AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.

Spacious clean modern flat with lots of style. Great location at Upper Street/Highbury for restaurants, shopping and access to transit. Stairs means this is not a flat for the physically challenged.

Location is close to the tube and bus. Bring your own dish rag and face cloth. The cobwebs need to be cleaned from the skylight. Not for someone who has difficulty going up stairs.

What a great location for a stay in London. The flat was very hip with lots of fun art, original warehouse details, and very modern conveniences. It is super close to the tube as well as great bakeries, restaurants and stores for anything you might need. I did find the stairs leading up to the flat intimidating at first; I did eventually learn to traverse them safely. More sets of keys for 3 friends staying together would have been helpful. Overall, it was a very enjoyable place to spend time in London.
