MULLINS CREST is a stunning, spacious and modern villa situated within the Battaleys Mews’ gated community in Mullins, on the west coast of beautiful Barbados. Perfect for you and your family. It is also a government approved quarantine villa.
The villa is situated within a manicured complex is equipped with a large communal Pool, Tennis Courts, Gym and Children’s park. Guests are able to enjoy the luxurious swimming pool with a clubhouse, alongside a large, secluded garden with ample sitting and picnic areas. Guests are able to make use of a superb hard stand tennis court, a small gymnasium and the children’s play area.
The villa is located near the main highway with interconnecting roads which are perfectly positioned to explore the North, South and East coasts of this most enchanting of Caribbean Islands. It is five minutes walk from the famous Mullins Beach which accommodates popular and well established restaurants providing excellent cuisine. These include the exclusive ‘Sea Shed’ and the ‘Royal Westmoreland Beach Club’, alongside ‘Adrian’s Corner’. Not too distant away there is also ‘Bombas’ restaurant offering a wide variety of meal choices.
Mullins beach also provides adventure with a variety of water sports, beach activities or just relaxing in the sun.
The villa is strategically placed between Holetown; a tourist hub, and Speightstown, which boasts many colonial architectural features. The West Coast also know as the ‘Platinum coast’ is one of the most prestigious locations in Barbados; home to many of the most stunning beaches that Barbados has to offer.

This fabulous villa has a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and, the 3rd bedroom has twin beds which when joined together provides a king size sleeping. The shared family bathroom has a walk-in shower and is immaculately finished in marble. All 3 bedrooms have ample storage and wardrobe space.
The downstairs entrance opens up into a comfortable and large open plan living area with a flat screen television, a comfortable lounge, and dining area.
Feature archways lead to an expansive and fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The living area has French style doors that open onto the rear terrace with a refreshing private plunge pool/ spa ; ideal for cooling off, relaxing and sipping cocktails. The patio area is spacious and lends itself to outdoor dining overlooking a well groomed tropical garden with sun loungers and a barbecue for your perusal.

The property was clean and just as described. The host was responsive to all my questions both before and during our stay. The kitchen has all the basics you need for a stay. Towels, paper towels, and toilet paper were stocked enough for a family of five so we never ran out. You have a pretty water view from the master balcony. There were no bugs observed inside. The clubhouse pool was convenient when we didn’t want to walk to Mullins Beach (5-10 minute walk to beach). Overall a great and safe place to stay for a family.

The property is lovely! Perfect size and great amenities, short walk to the beach and bus stop and local restaurants.
The property manager was great! Marcia helped us with all the little issues we were having with immediacy and grace.
I did not give this 5 stars due to the cleanliness, which we all felt could have been a bit more thorough. Only having a house keeper once a week, and not having fresh linen and towels more often was a bit challenging considering the heat and frequency of use. The ant issue in the kitchen was very frustrating and there was nowhere to store food without worrying about the ants. Upon arrival it seemed as though the property hadn't been used for a while and so there was an accumulation of dust and a stagnant hot air upon arrival.
The property is clearly aged but I feel with a deep clean to refresh the property it would easily be 5 stars. And overall we did have a lovely stay.

Had a lovely time. The villa was clean and nice and in a good community with a pleasant pool. About 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. Had some air conditioner issues and Marcia and co. were right on it and had it fixed. Highly recommend.
