The view is a million dollar view. The place was cute, clean, and near a good little market. It is in a quiet neighborhood away from the thousands of tourists downtown. You can’t walk to downtown Almalfi but there are a few buses that can take you to downtown in about 15 min.

Located an easy 10 minute bus trip north of the town of Amalfi, this apartment is out of the hustle and bustle of town and has a terrific view over the coast and sea. There is a convenient and well-stocked minimarket a minute's walk up the road. Apartment was clean, well organized, and comfortable. We would happily return!

Die große Dachterrasse mit dem Ausblick über die Bucht ist einfach gigantisch. Das Apartment ist groß und durchaus für Familie mit 2 Kindern geeignet. Einrichtung war ok. Leider liegt das Haus direkt an der Verbindungsstraße ins Landesinnere. Die LWK und Busse fahren die Serpentinen hoch und hupen ausgiebig an jeder Kurve.
Die Parksituation am Haus ist für einen Touristen unklar, entweder Einheimische oder 20min maximal. Also gibt man dann doch dem Drängen des Vermieters für 10€ pro Tag einen Platz in seiner Garage anzunehmen nach.
Im kleinen Supermarkt 2 Häuser weiter bekommt man alles was man braucht. Das ist umso erfreulicher , da es keine größeren Supermärkte, auch nicht in Amalfi, gibt.
Der Badestrand schein nahe zu sein, ist aber nur zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar, Parkplätze gibt's nicht. Also zu Fuß 20min runter (30min rauf) und dann die 460 Stufen zum Strand (privat) absteigen. Unten gibt's für 30/25€ 2 Liegen. Das Wasser ist toll.
Die Busverbindungen sind erstaunlich gut, 1,30€ kostet einfache Fahrt nach Amalfi. Von dort sind alle Ziele per Bus erreichbar.
Fazit: uns hat es gefallen, die Küste ist wirklich toll, man muss sich an die Gegebenheiten (Autoverkehr (chaotisch),
Parksituation und Verfügbarkeit von Stränden) erst mal gewöhnen. Dann kann man den Urlaub genießen.
