Great little hotel in the center of Albissola Marina!

The hotel is very centrally located, and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful - especially when we ended up arriving at 3am due to flight delays. It was less than an 10 min walk to everything we needed for the entire four days we were there!

The *only* slight negative is that the rooms looked a bit outdated. Which was more than reasonable for the price.

Exceptional

Despite the times of pandemic and less quests the breakfast was very diverse with plenty of food. The waiter always at our service for any extras. The two bed room well equipped, with a modern bathroom, ventilated and spacious. The staff helped with parking close to the hotel during high season.

Nous avons apprécié l'effort du personnel, à nous expliquer, en Français, tout les détails relatifs à notre séjour ( 1 seule nuit ). Explications claires, nets et précises.

Les horaires du petit déjeuner, que nous n'avons pas pris, car nous avons quittés l'hôtel à 6h30. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas servi à cette heure.

Le stanze molto ampie, l'arredamento non troppo moderno. Il bagno invece sembra ristrutturato da poco. Nonostante sia vicino ad una via trafficata le stanze sono molto silenziose.A due passi dal centro e vicinissimo al mare.

La posizione tranquilla e vicino al mare

Copriletto sporco con evidente macchia Porta del bagno che non si chiude bene e rumorosissima Non c’era il comando a distanza del condizionatore. Abbiamo trovato un pulsante a muro con la scritta “condizionatore” collegato ad un piccolo quadro elettrico che era lucchettato! L’ascensore era un montacarichi, siamo saliti ma si bloccava continuamente . Così siamo tornati indietro e preferito le scale

Il personale è gentile e cortese,La posizione è ottima, praticamante vicino alla spiaggia ed alla zona pedonale di Albissola Marina. Questo è veramante un plus.

L'Hotel è molto vecchio ed avrebbe bisogno di maggior cura. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, ma affondavamo nei materassi e non abbiamo dormito bene.

Gentilezza, ma struttura un po' vecchia.

Posizione. Ottima la possibilità del parcheggio, nonostante un po' scomodo. Personale gentile. Ottima pasticceria/panetteria subito fuori. Gentile nel non farci pagare 20 euro in più per il bimbo con più di 12 mesi. Bagno nuovo e ben pulito.

Climatizzatore centralizzato, quindi non controllabile. Notte al gelo. Filtri probabilmente non puliti o igienizzati visto il fastidio alle vie aeree. Polvere sotto ai letti. Fossimo rimasti più di una notte, ci saremmo fatti sentire e sicuramente avrebbero provveduto vista la gentilezza dimostrata.
