This large 70 sqm apartment located in Via Giorgio Chavez 2 is the perfect mix of style and functionality for your stay in Milan. Characterized by spacious rooms and immediate access to the ground floor, the apartment is the ideal choice for families, couples or colleagues (up to 4 people) looking for a modern, quiet and strategically connected base.
The interior layout includes a private double bedroom and a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. The real strong point is the suggestive loft with reading/relaxation area, ideal for disconnecting after a day in the city. The kitchen is complete with every need, including an oven and dishwasher, while the modern bathroom has a spacious shower.
The structure is equipped with air conditioning for a perfect climate in every season and fast Wi-Fi connection, ideal for smart working or leisure. The presence of the washing machine allows you to manage the laundry in complete autonomy, making the structure perfect even for medium and long-term stays. The television in the living area offers moments of entertainment.
The accommodation is located a short walk from the Loreto (M1 Red/M2 Green) and Pasteur (M1 Red) metro stations, allowing you to reach the center or the station in less than 10 minutes. The neighborhood is one of the most dynamic in Milan: we are located between the shopping of Corso Buenos Aires and the cultural liveliness of NoLo, a short distance from the historic Trotter Park, perfect for those looking for a green space in the city. The area is rich in numerous clubs, international restaurants and services of all kinds active at any time.
City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights
Extra: CRIB € 30,00 Per stay (upon request) For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).

The apartment is pretty good. Clean sheets and towels, clean bathroom so the essentials are fine. Very large space. The wifi is good too.
The floors, corners, "hard to reach places", etc were not very clean. Overall, reasonably comfortable for a weekend stay. I especially like the basement, it's a great space to hang out! The kitchen works too but be sure to buy EVERYTHING you need as the only thing you get is a shot-glass size bottle of dish soap.
The apartment is on the ground floor, so you can expect some noise from both upstairs, the street and the yard because the trash cans are right outside the door. We also heard construction while we were there. Don't expect a quiet stay.
The check-in is weird. You have to go to the Stazione Centrale di Milano to pick up your keys from an office. Not the most comfortable way but thankfully they let us check in early - a big plus!
I like the space but I would not stay here again. The neighborhood is really unpleasant and pretty inconvenient. Regarding the neighborhood: Although this has nothing to do with inside of the apartment, the building itself is in a pretty nasty area. Let's say the nearby shops don't employ the nicest people. There are buses right outside but the nearest metro is at least a 10 min walk but a short ride to the areas you should visit while in Milan. I'd love to take this apartment and move it to a better area. If you've ever been to the US, you'd say this is the "hood". It reminded me of living in the Bronx and not in a good way.
