Christmas Cottage is an idyllic stone cottage rests in Higham near Shirland, Derbyshireand can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six people, a cloakroom/utility with a washing machine, a sitting room with a TV and a multi-fuel stove, as well as an external sun room. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a second-floor king-size with a TV, and a second-floor single with an optional folding bed, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with a barbecue and furniture, along with off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub. "Lovely place over 3 floors with some narrow stairs. Kitchen has everything you need and the rest is a comfy 'home from home'. Outside area perfect for reading and relaxing. "
