Cozy studio apartment near Sant’Orsola Hospital and a few steps from the Bologna Exhibition Center.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with a lift, welcomes guests with a bright open space living area furnished with two comfortable armchair, an extendable dining table and a well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a washing machine. The bedroom, spacious and well furnished, is equipped with a king size bed, a large wardrobe and mirrors. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and window, completes the apartment.
*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.
5-minute walk from the apartment there is the bus stop that allows guests to reach central station with a 10-minute drive with bus number 32, while Bologna airport is about 15 minutes away by car.

It was perfect. Close to everything. The only hiccup was struggling to communicate with wonderful Italy prior to our trip but other than that it was a wonderful stay. They allowed us a couple of hours early drop off which was really helpful. The property manager was always available if we had any issues. My only suggestion is to provide small amenities in the kitchen like sugar, ketchup, salt and a day or two of coffee. Just enough, in case we are not able to get to the supermarket. While, we did get to the supermarket ( down the block) they sell big packages of these condiments and not reasonable for just a few days of visit. Just saying. But I was pleasantly surprise how close the old twin and the metro was. It was soooo easy to get around by walking or bus. Train station only 10 minutes away. Bologna was the best!

Good location, bus stop in front of property, coffee shops, grocery stores within the block and full laundry next door. Within walking distance to the Centre.
