Situated just off the village centre, it is located in an ideal peaceful setting being only a minutes walk to the centre and a few more to the beach.
Sleeping up to 8 persons in 3 bedrooms and the mezzanine floor which is reached via a ships ladder and includes a chill out area, ideal for children who want a bit of 'own space'.
Greenhills has been lovingly renovated to a high standard to provide modern accommodation whilst retaining its quirky character.
Accommodation includes a large open plan living room/diner/kitchen with central log burning stove, dining table
with seating .
The kitchen is well fitted with lots of modern appliances such as large Range cooker, Smeg fridge, dishwasher, micro wave etc
The Master bedroom is en-suite, two further bedrooms, there is a family bathroom and utility area.
The cottage has underfloor heating throughout and has a south facing sun trap with a large paved balcony
ideal for lazing away sunny days.
Outdoor dining facilities include table and chairs, lounge beds and barbeque.
Greenhill Cottage is in a fantastic slightly elevated position meaning that there are external steps to the property.
The utility room provides a washing machine, a condenser, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board etc.
The Mezzanine provides a chill out space and sea view. Access via ship's ladder (not suitable for children aged 5 or under).
Young children must be supervised.
The property includes for its guests a parking pass, WIFI, Bed Linen, Hand Towels, there is underfloor heating
throughout the property
Well behaved dogs (maximum 2) are welcome however they must sleep in crate provided.

Aberdovey' four miles of golden sands and dunes also await your exploration. The cottage is an ideal stay location for golfers, walkers, cyclists, couples and families and within easy reach of Snowdonia National Park.

Greenhill Cottage is available all year round and offers short breaks outside the main season also available.
