About this villa rental
Villa Olea is a brand new modern villa in the traditional Greek village of Pessada wiith everything you need to make your stay a holiday to remember. With two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open planning living dining kitchen area and access to the pool from all rooms you can spend your days relaxing by the pool with sccenic views over to the mountain and down to Pessada bay. Fully air conditioned and with all the amenities you could possibly need. Pessada village is centrally located making it a perfect base to see the whole of the island and the ferry port for Zakynthos/Zante is just down the road making a day trip to the neighbouring island very easy to do! Pessada also has its own beach and is 1/2 km down the road from the villa.
As of April 2024 the greek government has introduced a new climate resilience tax which amounts to an extra charge of €15 per night from April - October and €4 per night from November -March. This is a separate payment which we collect on behalf of the government and can be paid directly during your stay at the villa..

The villa is well located being a short drive from the airport (about 10 minutes) and Argostoli (the capital).
A new building with tasteful interiors and good spaces. I had been very ill on arrival from Morocco and was so appreciative of the comfort, space and cleanliness of Olea Villa.
Eleanor was always available to assist us, even out of hours. Her recommendations were extremely appreciated. The ‘Welcome Package’ was so generous and was such a life saver in that first 24 hours after travelling.
This property presents impeccably and the provisions are well thought through. I can 100% recommend Villa Olea as a brilliant place to base yourself for exploring the southern end of Kefalonia.

Look no further this is where you will want to stay. From the moment Eleanor meets you with the keys, and you see the house, pool, and manicured property. Well-appointed furniture and interior design, spacious bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, TV + internet, central air conditioning... The kitchen is fully stocked with every upgraded appliance, glassware, and utensil you need. The pool and outdoor area seating/dining area is perfect. clean, manicured and private. We miss our morning, mid-day, and evening swim.
Eleanor provided a welcome package of generous snacks on the counter and refrigerated items as well. Her homemade biscotti was worth the trip alone! What a thoughtful treat after a long day of travel :) Looking forward to returning, thank you, Eleanor!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Olea! Everything was just perfect: the service (helped us to organize a rental car), the interior, the pool, the cleanliness and last but not least the fresh fruits that Eleanor provided us when we arrived.
We first wondered that there were no ratings, but the reason for this, is that it is a absolutely new object.
Kefalonia is a wonderful and versatile island. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful honeymoon.
