We booked this property with less than 15 hours to spare before our flight departed for Orlando. Unfortunately our first VRBO booking cancelled leaving us in a scramble. The host was amazing to communicate with, replied back in just a matter of minutes. Sent all the proper check in and check out instructions within an hour. The house was in a good area. The champions gate clubhouse had lots of amenities and entertainment. The pool was a little small, but clean, while we were there pool service was performed, chemicals, filters, cleaning ect.,. The bed linens and towels were crisp white and clean. Plenty of blankets on the beds, and several bed and pool towels. Bathrooms were clean. The only downside was the carpet could be replaced, it was very worn and was probably beyond its useful life. But again the host was amazing to work with and accommodate our urgent need.

The location was excellent but lots of traffic each day. The beds were just okay. They had the house decorated very nice. No paper towels or tissue were provided.

Everything was wonderful and just as described. The process was very easy, management company was terrific to work with. We would definitely stay here and work with this company again!! We had an amazing family vacation!

Was a great family getaway place. The resort area was awesome, nice place to kick back and enjoy the lazy river and large pool area. Please beware, the outrageous prices of drinks at the tiki hut buy the pool. Our grandkids enjoyed the water slide and splash pad. Other then that we had a very nice stay and would highly recommend this place. Also highway 4 was a nightmare and would suggest using alternate routes if possible.
