Starting October 20 and continuing through December, vehicles traveling south on Koval Lane will not be able to turn left into the resort. Guests can still access the front gate by traveling west from the Koval/Flamingo intersection and entering through the back gate. For additional information about F1, text F1LV to 31996
Formula 1 race prep and teardown will occur Sept–Dec near the resort. Expect construction and road impacts before/after the 11/20–11/22 race.

Awesome property and location. Nice to have a kitchen, washer/dryer, huge bathtub and huge closet. Also, there are a few different pools around. We were in town for a conference and we were only a 10 minute walk to the convention center. My only gripe with our unit was the tile floor was very dirty. My feet were black from walking barefoot. Check-in you have to go to two different desks, but that’s just how vacation places are. The pools could have used a good cleaning, but it was great other than that.

Nice, updated condo with some great amenities. Having a place like this not too far from the convention center makes it my first choice when deciding where to stay. I feel like it’s much more comfortable than the typical resort. The staff if very responsive

We liked the location, being only less than 15 minutes walk to the strip or Sands Convention Center, and right next door to the Sphere. The suite was roomy. Furniture and decor a little dated, but everything very clean. Our only complaint was that in our suite, the WiFi was very weak and disconnected frequently.
