Great location and proximity to Lincoln and the surrounding area. Overall, the condo was clean and tidy upon arrival. We did find there to be some pink mold on the shower curtain, and while not a lot it was still a bit off putting. The deck was a nice area to relax in the evening. We looked at using the grill top out there, but found it to be rusted and didn’t feel comfortable cooking on it. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. We did end up purchasing more paper towels for hand washing and kitchen cleanup, as there was only half a roll when we arrived and no extras readily available. The fireplace in the living room was a nice way to take the chill off some of the colder nights. On the Saturday of our stay, we got back and found that our door code was no longer working. However, our host was quick to respond and remedy the issue.

Excellent property close to Loon Mountain. Access to the pool and rec room was an added bonus. Property owners were very attentive to our questions and quick to reply. Will stay again!

Although the owner was great (communicative and helpful) the property itself looked way better on line. It’s pretty rundown.
