Elliot Realty sucks! Upon arriving, the unit had not been cleaned. There were dirty dishes In the sink, personal belongings left over, a ton of sand in the floor, obvious that it hadn’t been touched before we got there. I called Elliott office and she said she put in a ticket for a work order to send someone to clean. No one ever came. We had to clean it ourselves and even had to put the linens on all the beds which were just left in a big bag. Whoever cleans, needs to be fired! I let them know it wasn’t cleaned and no one ever came. We were not offered the cleaning fee back that we had paid. Not impressed with the Rental company at all.
The building itself was great. The location was convenient. Although staying during black bike week, the whole first 3 levels of the parking garage was dedicated to bikes only, leaving us as a family with 3 kids (one infant to carry and all the extras) from the very top floor which was inconvenient. The condo was good. Could use some updating. Looked more nice in the photos. Couch was stained and looked old. Bedrooms didn’t cool down like the living room. All the pools are in the same area for all 3 towers which were great. One pool was warm as bath water. Total plus. We enjoyed all the amenities.
I would definitely stay at Baywatch again but not through Elliott.

My experience was not bad at all the only real complaint I have is the cleanliness of the floors. I have a baby that crawls and he was filthy. There was dirt and sand and dust all over the floor I don’t think they were ever cleaned.
