Nice getaway from the city without having to go too far, or being too remote. It has everything needed to have a relaxing stay!

The space is Immaculately clean and includes all you need for your stay.
🏠A quiet family neighbourhood, with a very private backyard, but still only 10 minutes from major shopping malls and an OHL arena. Ideal for families or parents of players coming in to enjoy a hockey game.
🌳Large fully fenced private yard with large deck, BBQ, overlooking wild forest and fire pit.

👫💵Reservations for 8+ guests may be subject to an additional per-day guest fee.
We ask that no person stay over night who is not on the original reservation.
Other things to note:
🍗BBQ to be cleaned by guests to their own satisfaction before use and properly cleaned after the use. Please bring your own BBQ tools for cleaning and use.Propane for BBQ will be provided.
🪵Firewood for outdoor fire pit is not provided. Firewood can be purchased at the nearest gas stations.
🛋️Please don’t take any furniture, bedding, pillows or towels that are inside the house outdoor.
🧴We provide minimum supplies, additional supplies can be purchased at the nearest stores as per the guest satisfaction/ choice.
❄️Our home is located in the Snowbelt area, meaning we often experience heavy snowfall during winter. Guests are encouraged to have appropriate transportation and winter attire. While we do our best to clear the snow, we typically remove it when it exceeds 10 centimeters and once the snowfall stops. 📆Important: Arrival & Departure Times
Please note that early check-in and late check-out are not available. Our cleaning schedule is carefully arranged between reservations, and we are unable to make exceptions.
If you need guaranteed early access or a later departure, the only way to secure this is by reserving the additional night before or after your stay.

Natalya was great and the house is beautiful. Very quick responses and everything is very clean. Our group of a mixture of adults and kids had a great time.

We had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights in January 2026. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 1 toddler, and the property accommodated us perfectly. Everything we needed was provided, and it was clear that Natalya had thoughtfully curated the experience with great attention to detail.Natalya was extremely responsive throughout and even went out of her way to accommodate a last-minute request, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this property to others.

We stayed at this property with a few family members and the overall experience was filled with constant surprises and let-downs.
The House:
The house was spotless and nicely decorated. The naturally cool basement was a nice touch, and the deck was incredibly peaceful in the mornings. The nearest beach is a 10-15 minute walk away.
Check-In:
Be sure to print the check-in instructions beforehand, as there's no cell reception at the property. We couldn't access the VRBO app or our emails, and the Smart Doorbell didn't get a response.
The Fine Print:
- The 4th bedroom is locked and inaccessible unless you ask beforehand.
- The infrared sauna requires an additional charge and prior notice to access.
- The washer/dryer are only accessible for extended stays.
Other Annoyances:
- One single garbage bag available in the home
- Only a handful of dishwasher pods left at the home
- No space at all in the cabinets to store food
While details were “technically” mentioned in the description, it certainly wasn’t obvious. Other reviews have noted similar issues.
Super Slow Wifi:
The internet speed was super disappointing (12mbps/0.5mbps) despite the listing promising high-speed internet at 250mbps. It was barely enough to check emails, or use the VRBO app.
Recommendations to the Hosts:
1. Advise guests to print the check-in instructions beforehand.
2. Follow up to ensure guests have checked in smoothly.
3. Make the listing clearer about extra charges and restrictions.
