This property now includes air conditioning - a split system unit in the loungeroom and main bedroom as of April 2025!
Your open plan living area features a comfortable lounge suite, Smart TV, 6-seater dining table and ceiling fan. This area flows out to the front east facing balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee and enjoy ocean views and breezes.
The kitchen is completely equipped with all cookware, crockery, glassware, sandwich press, coffee machine, oven, electric cooktop, fridge, microwave, breakfast bar and ample bench space.
Your spacious master suite includes a King size bed, ceiling fan, free standing wardrobe and ensuite with towels, face washers, a hairdryer and hand towels. Here you can access to the large outdoor entertaining area featuring more outdoor furniture.
Bedroom 2 is set up with 2 Single beds which can be conjoined to make a King size bed upon request, ceiling fan- and built-in robe.
Bedroom 3 consists of a King size bed, ceiling fan- and built-in robe. Please advise our staff if you require the bed to be split into 2 singles.
The main bathroom includes a shower and separate toilet inclusive off towels, face washers, a hairdryer and hand towels.

Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.

This is a beautifully appointed property.
Location is fabulous- just a short stroll to the oceanfront and an easy walk to cafés, restaurants and shops. Well fitted out, very comfortable and quiet. The decor and finishes have you feeling like you are in an expensive hotel. But very homely at the same time.

Great accommodation in excellent location directly opposite beach. Clean and really comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Great walking paths along beachfront. Overall a lovely spot for a holiday.
