House is a great size, in a great location, and pet friendly. But there are a lot of places like that and we booked this particular listing for the hot tub, and recreation passes to the indoor pool for our active kiddos. Hot tub was frozen and pool passes expired. Spent much of the weekend asking for support from the property management company. Called multiple times, no resolution, and ultimately no call back from them. Would like our hot tub deposit refunded. Very disappointed with their lack of service. We booked this for the amenities advertised which were not available.
