The host was very helpful with an early arrival time. Arrival instructions were excellent and easy to follow. The place worked great for a group of long term friends on an annual golf trip. Two kitchens made it easy to cook meals for every one on a daily basis.

We had a wonderful time here! The house was very clean and comfortably slept eight adults without ever feeling like we were tripping over each other. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Relaxing in the pool and hot tub with ample privacy was the essential Palm Springs experience, while being conveniently located near downtown and just a short drive to anywhere else we wanted to go. Bonus points for having an accessable washer and dryer!

Our family plus parents stayed in this home over mid-winter break (February). The house had plenty of space. The pool was great. All appliances functioned properly. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was good and the busy street did not produce much noise or bother us. The instructions to use the home were pretty simple and easy to operate.
The Casita attached to the home had a miserable smell that hit you the second you walked in. Leaving the windows open and the fans running helped but the second you closed it up the funk returned full-on. When we arrived there were sprinklers running around the casita non-stop for hours. These sprinklers were separate from the main system which had a broken sprinkler shooting water in the air. With the help of the primary contact, we were able to shut the system off. In order to turn off the sprinklers around the casita, I had to find a valve and shut it off manually. I'm not sure if the running water and the strong odor were related but it was disappointing to see that much wasted water in the desert. Water use issues may have been occurring for a while because the lawn had moss in it!
If the water and smell issues were resolved, we'd stay here again.
